For AI Founders Inc., whose corporate purpose is to provide Artificial Intelligence integration services and an AI platform designed for the automation of operational tasks, the protection of the personal data of our business partners is of paramount importance. We therefore make this Privacy Notice available to you so that you may be informed of the personal information we collect and process in order to establish the business relationship and carry out the provision of services, as well as the mechanisms available to you to exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO).

AI Founders Inc., hereinafter referred to in this Privacy Notice as "Seals AI", a legally incorporated company with registered address at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 20515, Dover, DE, 19904, USA, is the CONTROLLER of the processing of your personal data. Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, we hereby inform you of the following:

PURPOSES

The purposes for which we will process personal data are as follows:

• To establish the business relationship with our clients.
• To provide the services contracted through our platform and integrations.
• To improve product and service quality.
• To identify clients and correctly route requests.
• To operate support, purchase, and sales conversations.
• To create and update quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders.
• To send communications through approved and connected channels.
• To synchronize with authorized integrations.
• To maintain operational and technical traceability (state transitions, logs, and workflow events).
• To produce analyses and reports.
• To improve product quality, response quality, and service performance through aggregated and operational analytics.
• To verify identity and validate information provided by clients and users.
• To generate corresponding invoices.
• To conduct internal audits, quality controls, and operational reviews.
• To personalize the user experience and adapt functionalities in accordance with usage patterns.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

At Seals AI, we will request the following personal data from our business partners:

• Name
• Email address
• WhatsApp
• Phone number
• Tax identification number (TAX ID) or Federal Taxpayer Registry key (RFC).
• Tax address.
• Branch address.
• Business name, in the case of legal entities.
• Email address where the AI Agent is installed.
• Email address of the requesting issuer of information.

Should you wish to exercise your right of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO) regarding the processing of your personal information, we will additionally request a copy of your official personal identification document or notarial power of attorney, as well as the official identification credential of your representative. This is required for the purpose of verifying your identity and ensuring that the party requesting the exercise of ARCO rights is you or your duly authorized legal representative.

Furthermore, for the implementation of our services, platform, and integrations, we will require the following information:

• Business context: Products, prices, inventory, quotes, orders, approval status, purchase details, customer support information, and workflow notes.
• Conversation/thread context: Messages, thread status, event history, and context of authorized actions.
• Connected communication channels (as configured by the client): inbox and enabled channels.
• Analytics-related events: Interaction events, workflow results, usage signals, and service performance telemetry.

SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA

Sensitive personal data refers to any personal information that discloses intimate details about data subjects. Accordingly, you are hereby informed that Seals AI does not collect information classified as sensitive pursuant to the criteria set forth in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

DATA TRANSFERS AND SUB-PROCESSORS

We hereby inform you that Seals AI transfers personal, operational, and technical telemetry data to third-party sub-processors in order to ensure the traceability, stability, security, and proper functioning of our Artificial Intelligence infrastructure. Specifically, we share information with:

• LangSmith (LangChain, Inc.): Cloud infrastructure provider used exclusively for the observability, technical monitoring, debugging of workflows, and performance evaluation of our AI Agents. The processing of data shared with this provider is strictly governed by its LangChain Privacy Policy and its LangChain Terms of Service, which guarantee the confidentiality, data isolation, and security of the information.
• Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.): Application monitoring provider used for the real-time capture of code errors, critical platform failures (crashes), performance diagnostics, and system stability. The processing of this data is carried out in accordance with the Sentry Privacy Policy and its Sentry Terms of Service.

Apart from these infrastructure providers, which are indispensable for the secure and optimal operation of our software and platform, we do not transfer your personal data to any other third party, except for those exceptions provided for in Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, or as required by express legal requirements from the competent authorities.

EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS

When you wish to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your personal data, you may do so through the following procedure:

You must submit your request in writing with the information specified below and deliver it to our Personal Data Department at the email address privacy@hireseals.ai, accompanied by documents evidencing your identity or the authority of your legal representative.

The request must contain and be accompanied by the following:

• Your name and address, or another means by which we may communicate our response to your request.
• Documents evidencing your identity or, where applicable, your legal representation.
• A clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you seek to exercise any of your ARCO Rights; and
• A description of the ARCO right sought to be exercised, or the specific request of the data subject.
• Any other element or document that may facilitate the location of the personal data.

In the event the request concerns the exercise of the right of access to your personal data, it shall be fulfilled upon verification of your identity.

Should the request relate to the exercise of the right of rectification of personal data, you must indicate, in addition to the foregoing, the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting your request.

We will notify you, within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days from the date on which we receive your request, of the decision adopted. If the request is deemed admissible, it shall be carried out within fifteen (15) business days following the date on which Seals AI communicates its response to you. In the event the information provided in your request is incorrect or insufficient, or the documents necessary to evidence your identity or that of your legal representative are not included, Seals AI, within five (5) business days of receiving your request, will notify you of the deficiencies that must be remedied in order to process your request. In such cases, you will have ten (10) business days to address the remediation requirements, counted from the day following receipt of said notification. The request shall be deemed not submitted if you fail to respond within said period.

You may obtain the exercise of the requested ARCO rights through simple copies, electronic documents in conventional formats (Word, PDF, etc.), or through any other legitimate means that guarantees and evidences the effective exercise of your right.

It is important to note that you alone are responsible for keeping your personal data held by Seals AI current and up to date in order to receive the service you deserve. Accordingly, by using the services we provide, you guarantee and are solely responsible, in all cases, for the truthfulness, accuracy, currency, and authenticity of the personal data provided, and you undertake to keep such data duly updated by communicating any changes to Seals AI.

REVOCATION OF CONSENT

You may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data, without retroactive effect, in all cases where such revocation does not render impossible the fulfillment of obligations arising from a valid legal relationship between you and the Controller.

The procedure for the revocation of consent shall, where applicable, be the same as that established in the immediately preceding section for the exercise of ARCO rights.

LIMITATIONS ON THE USE AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by directing the corresponding request to the Personal Data Controller at the following email address: privacy@hireseals.ai

The requirements for evidencing your identity, as well as the procedure for processing your request, shall be the same as those set forth in the section on the exercise of ARCO rights. We hereby inform you that the Controller has means and procedures to ensure the inclusion of some of your data in its own exclusion lists. If you expressly request inclusion therein, the Controller will provide you with the corresponding registration confirmation.

SECURITY MEASURES

Seals AI implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access, or unauthorized processing.

When a data subject exercises their right of Cancellation or requests the definitive deletion of their information from our records, Seals AI will manage, programmatically and in accordance with the available technical workflows, the corresponding purging and deletion of such data within the servers and infrastructure of our sub-processors (LangSmith and Sentry), aligning with each provider's data retention periods and data lifecycle policies.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

This Privacy Notice may be modified or updated at any time as a result of changes in applicable legislation, our internal policies, or the services offered by Seals AI. Any modification will be communicated to you through the official means or communication channels previously established between you and Seals AI, or through publication on the corresponding official channels.
